We do our best to make returns, exchanges and refunds the best experience possible!
To be eligible for a return, exchange or refund, customers have 14 days from the date the items were received. Day one starts the day the item was delivered. Additionally, we will not return, exchange, or refund items that have been washed, worn, or have visible normal wear of any kind.
Ultimately all returns, exchanges and refunds are at Deto Brixens sole discretion pending review.
- Downloadable items such as NFTs are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, without exceptions. All NFT sales are final at the time of sale.
Returns, Echanges, Refunds
To open a return ticket please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the following in the email:
- In the “Subject Line” please include “RETURN” “EXCHANGE” or “REFUND” along with the order number. Example: EXCHANGE ORDER #123456″
- List which item(s) are to be returned, exchanged or refund.
- Order #
- Picture of the issue (IE. Wrong print, wrong size, etc.)
- Reason for the return, exchange, refund.
- If you are requesting an exchange, please let us know which item you would like to exchange for. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER EXCHANGE ITEM. We will take care of this for you!
- Please note, we are unable to process items that do not include all the items above.
- Sale items will be refunded at the sale price.
- Unfortunately when processing an Exchange, products will go out of stock. In the rare event this occurs, we will process a full refund to the original payment method and account used to purchase the product.
- If you are requesting to refund to a different payment method than the one used to make the original purchase we will require additional verification.
After receiving your ticket, we will do our best to respond in 24hrs; however, initial responses can take up to 48 hrs. We will start the Return, Exchange, and Refund review process only after we have received the items.
Once your return or exchange is received to the warehouse, we will send you an email notification that we are reviewing your Return, Exchange, Refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for review and processing. Once we have processed your return, we will send you an approval or rejection email. Approval or rejection of your return is based on the criteria listed above.
Please note, items that are denied a Return, Exchange, or Refund will not be returned back to the customer and a refund will not be processed. Please reach out to us in advance for a smooth Return, Exchange, Refund experience.
After your item is approved for Return or Exchange, we will begin the process. Refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Funds
If you haven’t received a refund after 3 business days of receiving the approval email, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
